Jelani launched Soft Skills Matter after identifying his passion to help others find and fulfill their purpose and strategize on ways to monetize what they love to do most. Jelani has a professional background in business and psychology; a combination Jelani utilizes in his pursuit of “passing it forward to the next generation”. Jelani currently holds a B.A. in Psychology, and a Masters in Business Administration. Jelani utilizes his unique skillset and leadership experience to empower students, entrepreneurs and individuals to achieve their goals and pursue their purpose.
